The Dailymotion app now boasts new features exclusive to iOS9.
New features include:
Picture in Picture
Keep watching Dailymotion videos in a scaled down mini player as you check your email, respond to messages, and use other apps. From the mini-player, you can also pause, play, and switch to full-screen at any time.
Spotlight Search
Dailymotion videos now appear in Spotlight Search results, and clicking a video will open it directly in app.
Deep Links
Tapping on a Dailymotion video link in Safari, Mail, and Messages will now seamlessly open the video in the Dailymotion app. If you’re on your iPhone, you can try it out by tapping the World Cup banner below.
Soon we’ll be introducing even more features like slide-over and multitasking so that you can use the Dailymotion app and other apps simultaneously.
